Traditional honey flavor, from flowers all over lower Michigan. Might be some apple or cherry blossom, perhaps a splash of purple aster, maybe a little goldenrod?  Flavor dependent on the notion of the hive and the variety of the south Michigan blossoms they seek.  A must have staple for every kitchen.
